i have a trip in may too (Black Bike Week Myrtle Beach, SC) that i wanna lose about 40-50 lbs for.. keep us posted as to what your regimine is.. i need all the tips i can get. GOOD LUCK!!!
good luck! i don't hae su much weight to lose but i am doing the Four Hour Body Slow Carb method and I find that the best way to stay on track is basically eating the same stuff everyday. Every week you get one go crazy cheat do which i mostly use to eat fruit. But honestly if you pretty much eat the same (low sugar/carb) "plain" food basically every day you will almost definitely lose that 50. it's not fun, but losing weight will be.
