In my case Alan: my boss made a manager without decent resources assigned to do a perfect job. I worked day and night, yet got this PIP because I argued with him a lot. By applying your strategies I managed to kill his effort to get rid of me. Also, my PIP contest revealed successfully many of his own problems to HR and VIPs. I wish he had since learned a lesson on how to treat people fair.

Hi Alan: your video has helped me through the PIP and brought me the solution I had wanted! Solute to you! After watching your video, I prepared a contest using all points you suggested and submitted it to HR and CEO. My boss, although not accepting any mistake on his side, agreed to let me out of PIP and change my job title per my request with no salary cut! It means less work load and same pay! I can sense out their fear: they believed I would go to court maybe if they hadn't cooperated.
