i worked it out a few weeks ago lol if u want the same tempo for all the song u just use the tempo button at the top but if u want to change the tempo half way through the song, click where you want it to change, then there is a button at the bottom with green and red squares on it. Click that then at the bottom of that tick tempo then change it and press ok

@ZachMetalAsFuck For hammer-ons and pull-offs, slides and all that kind of stuff u use the buttons situated right above the tracks. Just hold your mouse over em and you'll see what the buttons does.

Press f10 and make have the volume go down in a certain amount of beats. from say volume 14 to 10 in 16 beats

First, make sure you have the song you want in a midi format, then, in Guitar Pro...

1. Click "File"

2. Go to "Import"

3. Chose type of file you wanna import

------------->Midi, PowerTab, etc...

4. Select your file, and voilà!

well how can i convert any music format to midi cuz that like the main problem for me. i kno what to do when i have a midi song i just need to make the song "into" a midi format get me? haha well thanks

Hmm... I don't think that's possible... because a midi contains the music's information (notes, tempo, instruments, etc), but an mp3 just contains the music itself... So I guess all you can really do is search, search, and more search, and hope that one day you might actually find the tab (or midi) you were looking for.

If you are composing a song, you can simply press the "Delete" key on your keyboard and that will delete the unwanted note. If you would like to add a note, press the "Insert" key on your keyboard. Keep in mind that you do don't exceed notes on the bar...
