I think his complaint is not that he was out because you hear a loud scream from him before Victor lets go but that he was out of bounds and that it should be within the match area.

auch learn to tap is wrong thing to say here. The ref stops them but only Alan notice and Victor keeps submiting wich is why there is a 2nd part after the break. No clue why Victor wasn't disqualified but on the other hand, this was the best of the fights so guess I'm happy they had another go.

A simplified explanation. The referee only stops because he thinks Alan has escaped the submission, which he clearly has not. It was just a last attempt to spin out of it from Alan, and Victor was right in pursuing it fully since he had been so nice before and not pulled his limbs apart. Those 300-400 ms that it takes from the judge trying to stop the fight to the point that Alan is screaming in pain is the evidence that it was a mistake from both the referee and Alan, not Victor.
