The thing is, why replace the soldiers instincts, and skill, with live feed. Sure they can see the enemy at 360 degrees, but what happens when the soldiers who are trained on just this, the ones that are used to this, are forced to endure a system crash in the heat of combat. A true warrior needs to have sharp insticts, and know how to think and act on his feet. War equals death, and thats the way it is. I see a corporate venture, not preservation of our soldiers lives.

The flip side to this is, war will no longer become dangerous for western armies. If that happens then battles and war will be undertaken with ruthless efficiency. Ugly is good, its called multicam (or scorpion), in terms of camouflage it's great in falllike terrain and also in desert it's pretty good. the proper design is the same as the ACU and the material is as tough as MARPAT. It's actually pretty good.

do you really think the army is willing to spend more money on the troops? The Dont even give them good body armor og gas masks, if you would spray deadly chemicals at theyr base, every singel soldier will die. Even if they manage to put on a gas mask, they are only handed one gas mask and they are allways in a training wich you are requierd to take up your gasmask and put it on. And once you have used it, it only works for couple of hours then its ruined and they dont get a replacement.
