@magicmoonbeam2 such a retarded statement. iq tests are designed by western people for western people. someone living in subsaharan africa doesn't have to think about the things we occupy our brains with. were taught from a young age about numbers, rules regulations, theories, ideas, ect. although your born with a certain iq that is supposed to never change that only aplies to people who were educated from a young age. if you havnt then taking a western iq test is innacurate.

There has never been an intelligence test devised showing blacks having parity with whites, its a fact.
