  • Gyoza goes well with black vinegar and ginger~

  • So beautiful! 私は飢えている!

  • again with the OCDish removing of the foammmmmmmmm. LET THE FOAM BE!

  • @ParkLeeNa The foam removal was explained to me, lol. Apparently removing the foam helps to take away the bitterness from the food.

  • @klaytonrocks The bitterness AND the poison...

  • A lot of prep work, but the gyoza is definitely worth it. Very nice recipe. However, I am curious about the benefit of adding chicken soup gelatin.

  • wasnt that alot of salt?

  • Wow this recipe seems way more complex than most. Kinda curious about the difference chicken soup jelly makes.

  • 塩分多いし いつも思うけど、調理器具揃えてる割には基本的なとこがおろそかですよ。パスタも、油の扱いが適当なので 果たしておいしいのか疑問ですよね

  • Oh wow, the ones i make at home look so amateur compared to this xD With the harden chicken soup, does that make the dumplings a lot nicer? Is it mixed with gelatin to harden? I might actually try adding this harden chicken soup in next time! Is it the same as usuing chicken stock?

  • @t07061988 The gelatinized soup makes the gyoza filling juicy without resorting to a fattier cut of ground meat.

  • Looks awesome. Would love the recipe for the dipping sauce as well. Looked spicy, salty, delicious.

  • Wow, that looks delicious. I need to try the gelatin chicken stock next time to see what the difference is.

  • @thepandalala

    actually original from china~

my dumpling recipe and cook is some different from this japan version...

    but both look delicious

    ps: I'm chinese

  • arguing on the internetz.... lulz....

  • I just come here to drool on the food that I know I won't ever be able to make .____. kthnxbye

  • grow up, you guys. you're just wasting ur time trying to prove each other who's smarter. just to let y'all know, we're watching a japanese cook making a lot of effort to show his amazing talent of cooking, so if you want a place to settle ur damn problems, get outta here. whiny brats.

ngswcook-san: love the video, i've always wanted to try making gyoza so thank you so much for the video. :)

  • @mypuppy4U go suck dick

  • @mypuppy4U who the hell are you to talk down to other people? is it your business? just go suck a dick

  • Dear uploader: you really ought to include some background ambient music in your videos. I guess the tension of the silence is partly to blame for the heated name-calling discussion on the comments ... o_O

  • Lol at the kids quarreling. And that looks really tasty :D

  • これ絶対うまいです。長澤家のレシピ本にも載ってましたね!

  • Looks delicious and crispy!

  • Fantastic. Love the simple preparation.

  • Looking so tasty!! Great video's! Keep them coming!

  • Ingredients (serves 6-8) Filling: 200g Minced Pork 1/4 head of Cabbage 1/2 stalk Garlic Chive (nira) 1 stalk Spring Onion 1 clove Garlic 1 piece of fresh Ginger Gelatinized Chicken Soup: (see youtube link for soup recipe) 250 ml soup Peel from 1 piece of Ginger 1 tbsp dried shrimp 5 g gelatin powder Seasoning: 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1~1.5 tbsp Nagasawake All Purpose Sauce (or mentsuyu) 50 Gyoza wrappers Cold water (for steaming) Cooking oil (to finish the frying)
  • @eplpsy Make that '1/2 bunch of Garlic Chive' for the filling.

  • @ianvllnv Surely no harder than to identify incredibly common ingredients by sight like dried shrimp, minced ginger and garlic, cabbage, spring onions, etc.

  • @eplpsy excuse me, ms. expert-on-ingredients. are you speaking for the common people or the people experienced in the kitchen? im very interested in the video. but another thing that i don't understand is what part of my comment offended your intellect? affected much?

  • @ianvllnv Surely no harder than learn damn chinese birch. is it so hard to learn a new language or at least a few chinese symbols?

  • @3459012 english has been around worldwide for atleast 2 centuries! 200 years! dumb ass!

  • @ianvllnv and chinese has been around for what? 3000? so yea, if you're speaking of how much history a langauage has, chinese wins by far. Also btw english has been around far longer than 200 years. JUst because americans speak english doesn't mean they created it.

  • @3459012 since when did i mention americans invented english? are you on marijuana? oh yeah? chinese language wins?? are you sure? no wonder ENGLISH IS THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE in the whole world. WOW your reasoning is amazingly one sided. please check facts. thanks!

  • @ianvllnv You wish. Chinese-Mandarin is the most spoken language in the world so technically that is the universal language. Their economy is growing so fast that it will take over America in terms of industrial power (only challenge to this would be India who is also developing quickly). So yes, many different countries speak english but in terms of which is the most 'universal' and 'most spoken' it's Chinese. Unless you're blind to the future, you should check your reasoning.

  • @cameosam Are you retarted? Didn't you read my comments? i was pertaining to before and now, Your saying the future? yeah right, by then every person will know english as well. lets look at this present-day scenario. (A chinese forced to learn english to work a job in an english country. and an english man will try to learn chinese to work in a starbucks coffee shop?) lol I don't see a lot of westerners trying to speak "ching chang chong" in a chinese establishment. do you?

  • @ianvllnv Ok, so you're trying to argue why you don't see westerners being hired at chinese establishments who want chinese speaking staff?

Well Mr. genius, who would you hire? someone who has learnt the language for a few years or someone who has it as their first language? Think before you say stuff if you want to act clever. Also if you look at the job requirements for high end jobs, chinese as a spoken language is highly desired. Fine, you can be obstinate but you'll see it in 10 years

  • @cameosam which country are you talking about? high end jobs are chinese speaking monkeys, right? lol. your making me laugh. i surely won't hire your chinese brothers. well. maybe i will, to clean my toilets? surely :)

  • @ianvllnv Let's try looking at an LV consultant's job requirements.

Oh what's that? Chinese is specifically noted as a desired skill?

Stop hating and accept that times are changing to a multicultural society. It's racist people like you who make the world a worse place to live in.

  • @ianvllnv

Considering china and japan are the 2 highest grossing countries after united states, i am sure that many of them are richer than you and no they will not hire you; except maybe to clean toilets. You whine so much about not having an English translation yet your english is absolutely horrid. What form of medium do you need it to be translated into if your primary form of communication is so poor.

  • @kazenokoe80 Assuming much? i'm not really impressed with your weak attempt to belittle my knowledge of proper grammar. Knowing more won't benefit me.Your just repeating what i said and what the others have said before you. no wonder god hates your country. look at your country now, it is being submerged in god's piss. so before you take your fraustration out on the internet. go help your piss poor country men first. and then get back to me. maybe then, you can achieve something with your life :)

  • @ianvllnv

Despite your attempt to actually try to use proper grammar, you still have mistakes. Your train of thought and insults fail and backfires because it shows how horrible you are in making insults that have any merit in them. It's like you mix some bad words to random words and say bam you are insulted. I also have a hard time discerning if you are religious or not because if you are, you are a poor example and if you are not, it just makes your insults have even less meaning.

  • @kazenokoe80 Lol.There you go again with your repetitive train of useless thoughts twisting the same words and things i told you. And throwing them back at me with no teeth or bearing. It's like everything must be overly analyzed for you. Oh dear, I pity you :) At least i am arguing about the lack of english subtitles, look, It says "Gyoza" in the title. But that's It.Therefore, i have good reason to be concerned because half of the world can't understand japanese language. again. i pity you :)

  • @ianvllnv

I like how you always dodge my concerns while I just refute your worthless rambling. If you seriously believe that the only intended audience on youtube speaks English, then you are seriously a sad person. And I am particularly concerned about how you say you "pity" people because it is a defense mechanism for "I do not have any more insults and I feel superior because I am on the internet" Good day mate. I hope one day you get over this sad state of existence.

  • @kazenokoe80 Lol oh sure chinese dialect is superior. Is that what you want? There you go kid. Move on :) It's pretty obvious that you want to break off from this back and forth rambling about now, that too is a defense mechanism. I also like how i got under your skin. I can do this all day long :) lol. evade? i am just trying to stay on the topic. And it's also obvious to me that you are just an immigrant from a nice yellow chinese province, that learned to read a bit of english and got cocky :)

  • @ianvllnv

I mentioned nothing of Chinese dialects. You tried to recycled my comment and failed horribly because you make no sense. How do you stay on topic when all you do is make slurs? You tirade over entire populations as if you are better than them. Are you in any way educated? If you are not that is understandable. If you are. Sue your teachers. NOW. I will be the better man. No I am the better man. Good bye. I shall not respond since you are so dumb. This is fact and not an insult.

  • @ianvllnv Is it so hard to go fuck yourself ?

  • @GCgame how about i go fuck your ugly japanese asian ass mom? and eat gyoza of her vagina?

  • FANTASTICO!!!

  • I don't blame the dog for wanting it so much haha It looks so delicious!
