@wolfman109h Yes, this will not only get great high gain distortion but can produce some very nice overdrive tones as well, just by dialing down the gain and tweaking with the EQ.
Nice job! When you recorded this, did you have both the 10 in the PR and the 12 in the extension cab on? Mics on both or just a room mic? And is the ext cab closed or open back, and what speaker is in it? Thanks.
The low and mid gain settings sound great, but I'm not digging the boost setting or overdrive mode that much. It seems to add a little to much treble for my tastes. However, cranking the gain on crunch mode sounds AWESOME!
Adding gain will always add high harmonics, which to the ear is perceived as more 'crisp' tones (high frequencies). Its the same with amps. The boost does not boost highs. Listening to this, it sounds like it is actually boosting the Princeton's first tube stage which is causing high harmonics and clipping.

Sounds too squashy to my tastes, not tight and focused.

@wampcat
That's true, but the gain cranked on overdrive mode or with the boost sounded way too mushy. Maybe they just needed to tweak the mids a bit.

@Shwaffles1
I meant that it sounded too mushy on the low end. That could also be recording issues, but these demos tend to be well recorded.

Dude! The sound you were getting at just past 3 minutes was awesome!! Great demo!

That midrange knob is brilliant. I'm considering this pedal just for its range. I love it!
