If you're referring to "Come Together", I got that courtesy of a Jack Endino interview. You'll notice his name on the LTL liner notes for "studio assistance". He recorded SG's "Come Together" session, which --- according to the interview --- ended with Cornell walking out in disgust at Everman and telling Endino "you do it" when he asked Cornell about recording the backing vocals. Can't always trust Wikipedia, you know?

looks like they're having a lot of fun with that concert.

and believe it or not you can watch cornell grow up on youtube. there are interviews and live concerts spanning his entire career here and i have to tell you the transformation is amazing.

i no longer think he can do soundgarden again. old chris cornell is dead and he's been replaced with a more intelligent new cornell (with different musical tastes).

Actually Jason didn't even last in Soundgarden "for a couple years". His only recorded and released output might be the "Come Together" Beatles cover and the Louder Than Live VHS video. Not sure who played bass on "Heretic", though. Ben joined in early-to-mid 1990 and was first heard on the Sub-Pop Singles Club 7" "HIV Baby".
