that was kinda fast, you sure she wasn't checking to see who called? or reading a text? that didn't look like texting to me. Everytime a driver pulls out their phone, the public thinks that they're texting. Instead of just video taping her push two buttons, ask her is she texting while taping her.

... It doesn't matter. People DONT need to check texts and make calls AT WORK. Would your boss be happy if you sat at the register and checked calls while handing customers fries? Doubt it. Then, HE'S OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE, MULTIPLE TONS OF STEEL ON WHEELS, WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVES AT RISK. Your argument is wrong.

@GeoffTheGiraff yeah but it is true for one car also..we live in a quiet complx world..i do belive that texting while drving is not good at all and not only you everybdy knows it including that driver...first thing is we dont know what kind of talking or miss call or whatso ever she was checking and what kind of importance that may have? we all do this kind of stuff..though it must not be done but somehow it just happens...i dont know why? lady should be punish to put people life in danger anywa

Some trains (including WMATA) can be put under automatic control! It's still bad to text while youre operating a train, but doing that on a bus is so much worse!!
