@rishiroypilot Any age can fly as long as "they can" if that makes sense. Must be 16 to operate a solo, and at 17 you can apply for a private pilot license given you have put in the required training. Requirements differ slightly depending on what category aircraft is being flown but in this case, yes he is legal.

This is a 172SP I have seen all different types and I can say this is a 172. . . I am pretty sure it is a Cessna Skyhawk 172SP

I landed a plane in a crosswind on my first lesson ,I am 14 also,I also did sharp banking up to 30 degrees for the approach.

this is a Cessna 172R, the SP model is g100

actually it's a c172m tail#n9231h. and sp and 172r both have g-1000. the diffrence is sp has 180hp while the 172r has 160
