Since you are on a health don't buy those Jiff type brands. They have transfat even though the label says it doesn't (it's too low per serving for them to legally have to disclose it). But by the time you get through a whole jar you've had a lot of transfat. Get peanut butter at Trader Joes or Whole Foods.

Jelly has certo in it which makes the texture jelly : ) but jam does not have that and it only contains fruit, fruit juice and certain amount of sugar ( as far as I know)

Jelly is totally smooth without any fruit chunks while Jam has chunks of fruit and pulp to make it thicker :-)
