I think the girl robot want to hear a song, but when the Gundam's going to start it, a man fighting each other and make her annoyed, so the Gundam goes to strike him and the girl helps him too
but well you see Gundam's voice suddenly changed for some reason making the girl robot kinda surpirsed~
I think this don't have any description so that the viewer could get a different perspective on what's going on~ that's why the title is "What is This?"
