What crap. Tony blair is a liar and hypocrite. He go's on about 22 taxes under the tories but New Labour have brought in more taxes, and stealth taxes than under the conservative. Labour have also made this country worse not better.

Why be happy when the result will be more of the same replacing them? The Tories supported and voted through all the worst stuff Labour have done, whilst only moaning that they weren't going far enough. And thank goodness Labour didn't as the country would be in an even bigger mess now if they'd gone down that route.

I am no fan of New Labour, but when it comes to the choice between them and the Torys, I'd choose them every time. Its a shame they have lost much of their Socialist ethos, and I would hope that they will someday try to reclaim some of that.

@Slyfox38 totally agree. I think Ed Milliband was the right choice, how much 'real' labour he will bring back into the party is hard to tell at the moment though.
