I don't think that something like this would be "lethal". It sure as hell would hurt if you were holding it, mabey cut you up from the sudden explosion. The only other way you could get hurt with this is if you happen to breath in the fumes created by the reaction between the two chemicals. I do the same thing all the time with drano, tin foil, and water. And most everybody knows that drano can cause alot of damage if ingested. Just stand up-wind from the bottle and you'll be ok, lol!
