I am playing this game on the Gameboy Advance and it won't let you go into the pipe, like at 1:15. I am pissed because I am trying for a perfect score on the whole game and this level refuses to let me get 100. Anyone else having this problem??!

This one level is the reason why it took me ~3 years to finish the game. I was frantically finding the last flower and a few red coins that didn't seem to be anywhere, until one day I found a hidden passage in the snow portion of the level (on top of a wall of snow; high enough to hide Yoshi from above the screen when stood on) which led me to what I was looking for all these years. And just when I thought this level was rigged to make it unwinnable too.

You are really good at this game. Im working on a perfect score via the gameboy player as well. Ive never used a walkthrough until I came to this level and could not for the life of me figure out where to get the last flower and red coin (in the snowball part). Thanks for uploading this!!!!

At the 2:40 to 3:15 part I have found a 7-UP which was light blue before and it saved my butt and gave me some extra lives it's hidden pretty well though.

A pure life saver.

@ 7:25 where you jump on the red blocks, to go into the tunnel, instead of going in, jump ontop of it, and jump right until you disappear out of the map, then jump left as far as you can. follow the path until you come to another tunnel. which then reveals a secret area where you can get about 10 oneups..

i always do the same thing this video does but it never lets me on to the next secret level!!!!!! do you know why?!?!!??!?!??

If you mean the extra level (the square next to Secret 5 in the world map), then clearing this stage won't unlock it.

Check the scores of the other stages in world 5. To unlock extra 5, you must have a score of 100 in all world 5 stages (actually, I think just having a world score of 800 will do, but I'm not sure on that one as I always unlock extra stages before going into secret stages).

@dsTsubame To unlock extra levels in the SNES version, you need 100 points in all of the first 8 levels of the world. To unlock extra levels in the GBA version, you just need at least 800 points total in the other 9 levels.

@dsTsubame Your right. For any world you need 800 score points then the extra will come up. Beating the game brings the secret five.

This is my favourite level. There is so many secrets. Today I looked that place at 1:42 (look right), I did get some Red Watermelon-items and tried "climb" jumping ice blocks on up. I did it and found only 1UP and pipe. I didn´t check pipe, because I used all water melons. (sorry I´m not very good at write English, but I can understand it some).

Anyway this is the best game ever, what I have. :)

Thanks for posting this. I seriously couldn't get the middle part where there are several fire fruits and you need to climb to the top. Unless I got it at the beginning, which I didn't think I did.

We'll see now if I can finish this.
