The best part of the injury system in this game is defensive players didn't have a depth chart unlike offense so defensive guys could never get injured, their health bars would just go fully down. This effectively meant if you played the Giants, who were coming off a Super Bowl win when this game was made and always chose LT as your control guy and kept him away from blockers you had the fastest linebacker in the league who could absolutely crush almost all QB's every play.

This game was one of the most epic sports games in the history of Nintendo. When they made TSB, they really had a great idea of the game play. Changing your playbook to fit what players you like into the game, giving you the option of doing preseason or a super bowl run, Nintendo did their job and made an epic game. The music is what really made the game much more, it was able to get you pumped, make you feel like you were at a real game. Overall, this game is a 5/5 and so is the video.

He would always be the Oakland Raiders and I would be the KC Chiefs (Of course, I would always be the Raiders of I was playing solo. Raiders fan since I was born) Bo Jackson being the fastest ever, Christian Okoye basically being untackleable. I remember one time I was playing my bro in the SNES version (I was the Cowboys, he was the Giants and we were in the play-offs and unluckily it was one of us to goto the Super Bowl)). I only loved ONE play and that was Down and B. So, I select it... guess what happens? Bastard INJURES Troy Aikman! I break out crying, screaming "YOU MOTHER F***ER!!! YOU INJURED HIM!!! I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU!!!" Moments later (after a NEW QB)... Fumble!! he drives it in for a TD and wins. I'll NEVER forgive him!!
