uhm. fact, he's NOT based on Elecman.
Quickmans original Design was based Cutman, because of the Rolling Cutter.
Quickman throws boomerangs, they return also, just as the Rolling cutter

@freekjuh123 More like Metal Man was based off of Cut Man because of their cutting weapons and Quick Man is in fact based on Elec Man as they both are Fast.
