Ajay IS fat. She has lost a lot of weight and become healthier than she once was, and that's awesome. Good on her. But that doesn't mean that she can't get any fitter or healthier, not does it mean she is a failure of some kind.

People act like being called "fat" is automatically an insult, or that it automatically means morbidly obese, with a heart condition and wheezing on one's death bed. She's a lovely woman, who has lost a lot of weight already. She also happens to be a bit fat. So what?

I lke John and I love that he decided to stay even though he won't compete for the money. It shows his commitment to his health. I hope he does well.

My favourite part of this show is that the hostess is quite fat too.

I think she was bigger in the past and lost weight. One of the goals of the show is to get people started on a healthy lifestyle and she proves that you don't have to be super skinny to be healthy.

Ajay Rochester suffered from obesity herself and lost over 50 kg prior to becoming host of TBL. I think it's great that they have a host who can relate to the contestants, not some skinny person who has never battled with weight issues.

she isnt fat...she is probably a bit overweight, but if she is healthy, in terms of her heart and stuff...thats what counts the most. You know that skinny people can be very unhealthy right?

My brother and I were just talking about that today. He has a friend who is very skinny and looks physically fit, but this kid can really put away the junk food. He eats so much unhealthy food. His blood pressure is through the roof. It just goes to prove skinny people arent necessarily healthy people.

As far as we know so far, they had to go home. They all went to a make or break training session with "The Commando" - he chose 4, and sent the rest home.
