could you tell me how you achieved the lens glare around the roof lighting, thanks!

i created the lighting effect in Light Wave Layout. I positioned lights in the transparent domes that i modeled for the police lights. then i selected the lens flare option in the lighting palette. i played with the ring size, color until i got the look i wanted. i hope this helps
