  • Oh Shut Up (Stick his Tung Out)

  • 6:47 Moe: and get the hell out of my face!!!!!!! XD

  • 3:20 the end of a great musical career

  • @caria345 i know!! i fell down laughing when moe throws his head wrap at it!

  • "Quit stomping around!" has to be the greatest gag in Stooge history.

  • the two man band sceen just cracks me up everytime

  • LMAO @ Moe's face at 6:50 when he drags Larry by the hair and says "Go on!" lol

  • Aha he's all like QUIT STOMPING AROUND!!!!!

  • 6:24 COMDEY

  • Note that the trombone slide that Moe twists around Curly and Larry's neck is bigger than that on the trombone!

  • Did Moe slap Larry for real on here??

  • This is one of my all time favorites. The bear signalling for a left turn; the bear slapping Moe in the back of the head; Moe telling the cat to "quit stomping around"; the trombone slide; oh, the thermometer when Larry and Curly start playing; the whole thing...hilarious !

  • I just love it when Larry yells "Quiet, wolf!" after Curly does the wolf whistle:D.

  • Classic. This show may not play on tv that much anumore but it will never ever be forgoten!!!

  • I this was the beginning of Curly's illness but fortunately he still have enough to do his usual schtick, but you definitely see signs.

  • @drcoxcentral I agree. This seems to be the short where curly's personality begins to change. Unfortunately, he led a life of excess and the signs become apparent here.

  • @drcoxcentral Even though Curly's illness was apparent by the time this short was filmed his performance in this one and "If a Body Meets a Body" (which was filmed right after this short) was like night and day

  • @Doobie1975 you can tell he is ill in this one.

but his performance is still amazing.

  • @MsDoctorWhoFan1 I thought Curly put on a very energetic performance in this short although he often spoke with his normal voice rather than his falsetto voice

  • that bear is so cute.

  • @thebluedragon07 ikr, i love how it was licking all that honey in the cup.

  • I like Curly' s version of hitting a symbol 2:29 LOL

  • 3:46, Curly coughs! He would've died coughing.

  • I love how the bear vacuums down that jar of honey.Curly Howard is one of the great joys of life.

  • i like my eggs sunny side down And dont turn them over!!!!!!

  • lol at the amout of condiments put on the bread

  • oh my God i have the same priblem as poor moe i need peace and quiet ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i feel like crying but at the same time im so happy i found the video i laughed a lot

  • 6:18 : "Oh shut up nyaah! What did you say? Nyaah...AHHH!!" Priceless!!

  • finaly!!! a one with Curly!!! I HATE JOE

  • @dilcofilms This one came before Joe. The one with Joe was a remake of this, with some of the exact same footage from this one.

  • LMFAO i love this episode its one of the best.

  • quit stomping around!

  • I just saw a sign fine for hunting! LOL!

  • Ah man it's a side splitter every time I see Moe pour the salt on Curly's tongue!

  • This was the only time writer Elwood Ullman worked with director Jules White on a Stooges short. Hugh McCollum and Edward Bernds "swapped" writers when they worked with Jules' brother Jack on "Three Troubledoers".

  • I love 6:35: "Oh, another chisler, eh?" That has to be the hardest slap I've ever heard from them. It looked so real too. HAHAH!!

  • The slaps are all real haha Larry had a callus on the left side of his face from them. I feel bad for him, he's so innocent xD it's hilarious though

  • 6:10

"The next time the thing like that happen, I'll gouge your eyes out. I'll tear your tonsils out." LOL

  • "Sunny side down, and DONT turn them over" LOL

  • Poor Cat LOL i so love Moe!

  • 2:22 - 3:00 h.i.l.a.r.i.o.u.s !

  • Favorite line: Oh, boy. Hot groceries!

  • I don't know about this, but I think this stooges short may be the first one I've seen where Curley and Larry hit each other.

  • Stormie, he had said "platter". Every time I watch them I pick up something I hadn't before, like "Fine for Hunting" hehe

  • 2:58 had me rolling lol

  • I wonder what is the name of the tune that Larry and Curly are playing as the original 2 man quartet.

  • 6:19 - 6:26 : The speed, spontinaity, and the delivery are PERFECT!!

  • These guys were and are the best!

  • you got that right. theyll NEVER b 3 guys like this again.

  • @clark38571 stooges are classic

  • when moe said ate everything but the plate it sound like he say planet instead of plate

  • I always thought he was saying platter

  • with out these guys i would never laugh

  • Thanks for posting. Until I saw this, I had not seen the Original Two-Man Quartet part. I would have remembered from when they used to air on TV. That was cut out, So hilarious.

  • This is one of my favorite shorts.

  • Why does this episode begin with a quick fade-in? There was a mistake where the screen was black for a second before it showed the judge slamming the gavel.

  • LMFAO

    at 6:38

  • this is the very first stooge episode to feature the black background and the mask at the beginning.

  • "this is the very first stooge episode to feature the black background and the mask at the beginning. "

It was also the last one to feature Curly with any ounce of energy.

  • thats also true... and sad

  • "Now play it, you rats!!!"

  • comedy Gods what else is there to say??

  • "So sad. Curly is sick."

Not yet, but he would start his "ill" era with the following episode.

  • I thought Curly was still in good health during the making of this short.

  • If curly was sick on this one, he did a great

    job at hiding it.

  • I thought Curly was slightly ill in this short but still performed up to his usual potential, IMO I thought his performance in this short was better than his performance on the movie "Rockin in the Rockies" which was filmed not long before this short

  • LOL 2:26

  • My favorite theme song. Second is Punch Drunk's one.

  • the ol' 'Original Two Man Quartet"

  • 2;06quiet quiet quit stompping around scat cat holla hahahahaha oh my nerves must have 678's hahahahaha

  • Idiots Deluxe is great. 41 seconds of the bear chowing down on honey!!!!

  • 6:19 - 6:25 -- Hilarious!!

  • This was the 1st episode with the mask in the background

  • ....And the only time the mask was at the left of "The Three Stooges" title (it was relegated to only the short's title after this one). Also note the energized arrangement of "Three Blind Mice" (which was previously heard in "Three Pests In A Mess" and as the end title of "Fiddlers Three [I think!])

  • Quit stomping around!! LOL

    One of my favorite shorts.

  • This has always been my fave one. The Two Man Quartet. XD

  • Vernon Dent was i think the best of the supporting players with the stooges.Emil Sitka was awesome as well, too bad Bud Jamison passed away so young he was very funny as well.

  • The scrambled eggs and potatoes looked good. It even made me hungry.

  • I like the way that Larry and Curly prepare toast.

  • Click my name u can watch alot of stooge shorts all in one place, enjoy!

  • Shemp would've been 113 years,Moe 111,Larry 106,and Curly 105.

  • "The original two man quartet". To this day, that part still makes me cry from laughing so hard.

  • lol fine 4 hunting

  • i watch those show's for years

  • moe is so funny in this episode

  • The Original Two Man Quartet is brilliant. Just brilliant. Enough said.

  • that part cracks me up everytime i watch it

  • i love the part when Moe accuses Larry of eating all the food then slaps him. one of my favourites!

  • Wasn't this the last short to feature Curly before he started suffering a string of mild strokes? Also was Curly in good health during the making of this short?

  • Half Wits Holiday was the one where Curly's health finally disintegrated and he had the stroke on the set.

  • wiki says he checked into the hospital after this short and he was diagnosed with hypertension, obsesity and retinal haemorrage. He must have been declining about this point and they finally did something after the filming of this short.

  • "If A Body Meets a Body" which is the episode right after this one is where Curly's health began to take a down turn. Its really noticable:(

  • Yes, this was the end of an era at least as the shorts were concerned. They did make a movie after this called ROCKIN' IN THE ROCKIES. Does anyone know what Curly's health was like in that flim?

  • I believe "Rockin' Thru the Rockies" was filmed before Curly starting suffering a series of strokes and it had to been filmed around this time period

  • "I believe "Rockin' Thru the Rockies" was filmed before Curly starting suffering a series of strokes and it had to been filmed around this time period"

You are referring to "Rockin' IN the Rockies," right?

  • I am, I get those two films mixed up, I've seen parts of 'Rockin in the Rockies' and I didn't care for it.

  • I believe "Rockin in the Rockies" was filmed about a month or so before Curly started suffering a string of strokes, the film was filmed in December 1944

  • The most painful short with Curly to watch when the strokes wrecked him was

    "Three Loan Wolves".

  • That and "Half Wits Holiday", I thought those shorts featured Curly at his sickest

  • @vividwatch47 I agree....

  • this is like the first three stooges episode i saw! thanks!!

  • damn, wat was all that shit larry was puttin on his toast? lol

  • I like Vernon Dent: "A born killer eh?!!"
