Looks like that would tangle the hair like crazy. You could use a paddle brush w/o literally brushing the scalp and avoid tangling the hair. Or even use your fingers if you're very worried about the scalp. But a windstorm that tangles? Dunno if that's gr8 with or w/o a keratin treatment.

Sorry but you are wrong. We trained with Coppola last year and the man himself said to use a paddle brush when drying. Before and after application. It also is in his video. I am telling you what Mr. Coppola said ands what he has in his literature, I would more than happy to email him and get a response.

Yikes! Who taught you how to blowdry?

You have to blow dry the hair like that. You're not to use any tools except your blow dryer. You can agitate the scalp which can irritate the hair follicle. So no tension is to be used following the Keratin application. I'm a hairstylist and I've used the Coppola Keratin treatment on myself.
