  • Its good because of all the addicting MSG in the soup packages.

  • @theresistance45

I actually like msg to tell you the truth.

  • hi -- if you don't have oyster sauce

    could you substitue something else?

  • @smartpeeple

Oyster sauce is not fishy tasting, if you are worried about that.

You could sub 'hoisin' sauce, you would have a different taste than mine, it would work.

    Thank you for your question!

  • @freitasex Thank you for getting back to me so quickly -- it was that I do not have any oyster sauce, so I was thinking of a quick substitute -- I'll run out to the store....Thanks again for your help.

  • Thanks this was easy tasty and I don't feel terrible after like I do when eating a restaurant dish. I am subscribed!!

  • @MrDiamondp

Excellent and a happy stomach, thank you very much!

  • @MrDiamondp

    Thank you for subscribing too!

  • I dont even care if this is healthy or not. If its good I'ma eat it.

  • made this today, was yummy! :) had it with rice but want to try it with noodles when i get them again!

  • Subscribed;) Good job...

  • @tzeyan05

    Thank you!

  • @freitasex is it healthy? full of vitamins?

  • @DAN5675able

I am a home cook, not a nutritionist... I apologize that I cannot answer your question.

  • Its looks yummyyyy :) will definitely be trying out this one. Simple and easy to cook.

  • @TheStarsprinkles

It is easy, hope you try it!

  • I just made the dish for my dad and myself, and we both enjoyed it. best part is, it really DOES cook quickly and tastes divine. Thank you, Freitasex.

  • @adzsayz

    Thank you!

  • I love your sauce it is delicious. I did not have chicken broth so I added the power one to the water and it was good.

  • @1026talamantes

    You just made me *smile*

    Thank you!

  • @freitasexThank you so much for getting back to me on that. Ok, canola oil it is. Thanks!

  • Does it have to be vegetable oil? Can we use olive or canola oil? btw, thanks for posting. :)

  • @chicago913

Please do not use olive oil, but you can if you wish.

I prefer a neutral oil, like vegetable, canola, or any nut oil.

    Thanks for your question!

  • if you used a wok you wouldn't need to add so much oil

  • Looks good, but I was thinking that's way too much salt in those noodle packages plus all the salt in the oyster and soy sauce......................

I think 1 package of seasoning is enough for the noodles and maybe put it in the water so I don't end up eating all of the sodium..............just me.

  • it looks really good thanks:)

  • food for the single men that cant be assed spending more than 10 minutes in the kitchen. lol i like a little crunch to my vegies and mushrooms and ginger its also nice if you beat an egg in a bowl then microwave it till outside cooked but slightly runny in the middle an put ontop of serverd stirfry.

  • Looks awesome Dude. I am gonna try it. Nice presentation. Knowledgeable mon ami.

  • lol those noodles are not good..lots of msg in that seasoning for the noodles...rice is better.

  • looks yummy

  • oh man, those seasoning packs are GROSS! I like your other vids much more.

  • decent idea but i really really dont rate those frozen vegatables, much btr of looking thru ur cupbords and fridge and chop what ever veggies u find.

  • it looks really good but i need more gravy for it? anyone know a delicious gravy additions in it that are like chinese style? like soy sause, oyster sesame oil etc

  • should add some onions and bell peppers cut up in 1inch segments, that would be the shit.

  • unhealthy products x) even oyster sauce choosed with conservants :) however i love Lee Kam Kee soy sauce x)

  • Watching this makes me hungry.

  • @MissRLA

  • @MrGrowproductions

I will get a wok someday... I really want one.

    Thanks!

  • @freitasex You get good woks in IKEA and cheap!!!

  • I guess for the quick serve meal it is practicle... looks good.

  • @sallamatt

Thank you... it is actually really good.

Of course you can use fresh vegetables as well.

    Thanks!

  • Thanks for the demonstration you rock

    *Applauds your greatness*

  • Wow, thanks!

    I mean that.... !

  • That was good..made it for dinner, came out great..thanx!

  • Wow, excellent!

  • Hey nice vid, looks tasty.

Personally i dont use that much oil though. What i do is heat up the wok/pan, put about 3 tablespoons of oil in there. Stick the garlic in first and then the chicken bits to seal em, take em out- then put the veg in with a little water+seasoning. Once they start getting soft i stick the chicken back in, add the soy sauce then serve.

Pretty much the same as what you did, just different orders of preference. Good idea with the ramen noodles, I might try that. Nice vid

  • Truly I like your method better.

    Thank You!

  • hey that was a pretty good video.

  • Thanks!

  • doesn't look to good! Imagine all the sodium that meal has, the sauce the oil, and worst of all the ramen noodle msg pacs! nono no!

  • Well at least you said what you want to say.

  • oh this looks good, might want to try for lunch tomorrow :) thanks for sharing

  • Thanks Chant !

  • mmm that looked so good with the sauce and the veggies.

  • Thanks Rene XD

  • instant noodles nono! use fresh and dont use those packs those r MSG!

  • I think this is the winner for tonight, I need something quick and easy.

  • O gosh Karen... this is really good, some of mine are just okay... but this one is great!

Ask anytime and I will honestly tell you!

  • It was delicious and easy to do. :)

  • You just make me *smile* real big!

  • ur putting msg+ the fried veges on the msg..just put the noodles in the veges and stir fry them..thats what we chinese do

  • My mouth is watering. :(

  • I am amazed at comments that I get, thank YOU!

  • you do it all pretty much perfectly, the one thing i would sugest, buy a Wok and some sesemee seed oil then only fry your chicken in a small amount of the oil so you can add the veggies and noodles straight into it, to top it all off i put an egg in aswell ( i whisk it in a bowl before i put it in ) then i let it half scrabel before i stir it in. then you can just tip it right onto your plate - sesemee seed oil is brilliant for stir frys, its also realy good on spring rolls.

  • Wow, another comment!

    Thank you Matt!

The egg sounds awesome and the sesame oil as well.

I love your helpful hints .. wish you would subscribe.

  • Done !

  • hey u like cajun food!

  • I LOVE RAMEN NOODLES

  • I do too, and I love rice also!

  • which part of chicken meat you're using?

  • Looks pretty good!

  • Thanks again Mary!

  • wow, thats simple and easy to cook...love it!

  • It is very east to make Asian Foods!

    Thank you for watching!

  • Damn that looks good! And people say that they can't cook! Cheap, easy, tasty and filling. I know what im having tonight. Nice one buddy.

  • I'll make egg rolls to bring for the next time you make :)

  • I was already to say that I was on my way to the store to get the ingredients, then I looked in the sidebar at your other videos and saw steak fajitas. Now, I don't know what's for dinner.

  • I'm going to try this out!

  • I hope you like it.... I do!

You can use 1 cup of frozen or fresh vegetables of your choice.

  • I love using the ramen noodles instead of rice. I use 1 packet of ramen seasoning for two packets of noodles. Your sauce looks yummy! Have you ever tried roasted soy nuts on top of your stir fry? I get them when they are on sale, it adds a nice salty crunch. Try it sometimes. They are good in salads too instead of croutons.

  • Roasted soy nuts, I will look for them next time I am in the asian market, they sound excellent.

    Thanks!

  • I'm really happy that I came across your channel mate. Your recipes are pretty cool because they're so identifiable (frozen stir fry veggies, packaged pizza crust, etc.),.

Also I just got my wisdom teeth out 3 days ago, so I'm dreaming of the things I'm going to cook once this torture is over :) haha

Cheers and keep the videos coming ! SUBBED & RATED :)

  • Ouch, I hope that you will get feeling better very soon.

    Just eat some ice cream!

My cooking is all over the place, and please feel free to write me anytime!

  • I would look forward to anything you make for me!

  • AWESOME. POP TARTS IT IS. and whats with the friggen chineese music? lol

  • Do u know the difference between green onions and scallions? they look the same

  • I think that green onions and scallions is 2 different names for the same thing.

  • thank you!

  • Thank you for watching!

    I am honored!

  • Nice shorts *.* xD

  • Do I make you randy?

    LOL J/K

  • YUM!

    Thanks for sharing!

  • Thanks for watching!

  • Lots of sodium in those ramen. So with two and the entree, you had about double your daily sodium intake in one meal.

    Be careful.

  • Yes, you are right.

It was salty even for me!

  • awesome thanks for the help always been afraid of adding alot of oyster sauce but now i see how much u use awesome and u should add ginger paste gives it a crazy taste

  • I LOVE oyster sauce, I will have to try ginger paste, thanks!

  • How do you think it would taste if you put the vegies in the grease too... to make them a little chrispy?

  • I will have to think about that, the concept sounds great!

    Thanks, and thanks for subscribing!

  • looks great

  • Thanks GameFreak!

  • It will be too satly.

  • Thank you for your polite comment, you should subscribe!

  • this is unhealthy to much sodium

  • Thanks for your awesome and nice comment!

  • imagine what you eat at KFC, McDonald's, Starbucks, or in that matter any fast food restaurant. and if you dont well good for you.

  • Could you do baked ziti or lasagna?

  • I do have a lasagna in the older videos!

  • Thanks:)

  • Wow, that looks excellent, I appreciate your videos! Thanks. 5*'s Woody

  • Thanks Woody, this is really really good, you do not have to use so much oil.

    Thanks for subscribing too!

  • I never thought about using ramen noodles, very fun twist. I think those packets are too salty, but I love what you use in the stir fry sauce. I am looking at all your vids this evening for next week's dinner menu.

  • Thanks again, yes both packets of seasoning is a bit much, hey I will upload a dessert in a couple hours.

Thanks so much for watching and supporting my videos.

  • Yeah, I was a bit put-off by the seasoning packets, myself. Way too salty for me.

I just let the stir-fry sauce flavor the noodles.

    Simple enough recipe though :)

  • My problem is salt does not agree with me, it burns my mouth. I can't even eat out much. But my kids love those packets. It is a very easy and good recipe!!!

  • Thanks Freita, you are the man! Best cook ever! Best videos ever! Best Freita ever!

  • Thank you so much for the GREAT comment!

  • frieta, i have a request, do you think you can make a home-made macaroni and cheese dish and maybee add your own little twist to it, i would appreciate it

  • Yes I will make it and post it as long as it turns out video worthy. I make many videos that are not worthy and never get uploaded.

  • I don't get why you fry the chicken in that much oil it doesn't seem necessary.

  • You are correct, you don't have to use that much oil.

  • Personally I have to use fresh veggies and found that more than one packet of seasoning with ramen is overkill but if you like it that way more power to you :D

  • I can go both ways. LOL

  • You use Lee ___ Kee Oyster sauce :D

  • KUM

  • Thanks, i love you for these videos

  • I love you for watching!

  • yum, looks good! I didn't know you added sugar or cornstarch to chinese food, who would have thought?!

  • Oh, the sugar is a very important ingredient, otherwise asian food just doesn't taste quite right.

    Thanks Val

  • Yummy! Just what i was looking for! Making this right now! Thank you!

  • awesome!

this was exactly what i was looking for, for weeks... thanks!

  • You have sold me on Ramen noodles. I have been trying to find the perfect twice cooked pork recipe but so far, no luck. Something is always missing from the flavor I think it should have.

  • I will see what I can do about the pork.

I feel the same way, but let me do some research and cooking for both our benefit.

  • Hey nice video but that is a pretty bad brand of oyster sauce. I know that's the kind you get at American supermarkets though.

  • Thanks for watching!

What brand of Oyster Sauce would you use available in the USA and what brand would you use available world wide?

  • wow that looked good. Im going to try it

  • you're way better than kai.

  • Oh I don't think that at all.

  • i think your great because I can't always find the ingredients and dont know what to substitute with. thanks for this... Subscribing now :D BTW you should be on rachel ray :D

  • good job ill try this stir fry technique

  • You will not be sorry if you do try it.

    Thanks for checking it out.

  • Whenever I use frozen veggies, the water always overtakes the pan.. I don't like waiting for it to thaw.. Any suggestions?

  • Yes, substitute one red bell pepper and one green bell pepper chopped, for the frozen vegetables.

    Thanks for watching!

  • Well... I hate chopping, cutting, and peeling even more... Any thoughts on how to make the frozen veggies more complacent?

Should I stir fry it first? If I do that will it work?

    Nice videos btw

  • I really think the frozen vegetables will work out even if they get a little watery because IF your heat on your pan is hot enough, the water will evaporate and you have a delicious meal.

Make it.... I guarantee you will love it.

  • Will do, thanks man. (^_^)

  • Oh great. I can see already that I'm going to become addicted to yet another cooking channel. This is one I'm definitely going to try.

  • Wow, thank you for watching.

It is very good, I have many stir fry's up my sleeve.

Hey loved your Naked Blog video and thanks for subscribing!

  • idk what it is but i fking LOVE RAMEN!!! that was good recipe and im sure ill use it ;p

  • Why thank you!

  • Wow That made me hungry. Im going to go and eat something that wont even come close to looking that good. Keep up the good work.

    Ryan

  • Thanks for checking it out.

And a big thank you for subscribing... You are my 30th subscriber!

  • looks so yummy !!

  • yummy,oyster sauce!!!

  • yummy, i love stir fry... Bernie.

  • Bernie, you are my favorite sister.

  • I like it! But do not use too much oil when you stir-frying. Vegetable and meat will absove oil if the heat set on low!

You doing a good job. Keep on cooking ....KAI

  • I am honored that you would watch.

    Thank You Kai

  • That looks fantastic ....wow, very impressed. Normally, I would throw out the seasoning pak, but I stuck with ya on that one, and it does look good. ;D

  • Throw away the packets if you like... actually I think that I should have only used one, there is so much sodium in those packets.

I would like to thank you for subscribing and watching.
