no offence intended... but the way the metal moves in this video.... it just looks kind of nasty, naughty. I watched a body shop tech work on a dent once, and to determine the high and low areas he would rub his hand back and forth over the spot. Once in a while he would look up and glance around to see if anyone was watching (seemed to look guilty).
Hand-eye coordination along with light sources or shadowing on the panel. Try this: Take a piece of blue construction paper and draw a circle on it. Now put a pen underneathand poke a hole through your circle.
I could use a fork or spoon or any other leverage, but if a person doesn't know how to use reflections to identify high and low spots they most likely are going to hack it up lol
