The declaration of independence of Israel does indeed say "Accordingly we ... hereby declare the establishment of a Jewish state in Eretz-Israel, to be known as the State of Israel."

But it also says "it will ensure complete equality of social and political rights to all its inhabitants irrespective of religion, ... it will guarantee freedom of religion...". So basically Israel was declared a Jewish but did NOT declare Jews as superior in terms of their rights and liberty in the country.

There's no simple way to do that because it involves changing people's hearts and prejudices on both sides. I believe that a better solution to the conflict would be a two states solution because trying to gap between the Jewish and the Arab (Palestinian) world would be much, much harder.

OPTION 1 is the aim.

A key role in the conflict have the Arab Jews, i.e. the ethnic brothers of Palestinians.

OPTION 2 is directly reachable when they share DNA heritage.

OPTION 3: Arab Jews support Zionist's immigration then OPTION 2 is far away and OPTION 1 will be bound where it is, a kind if "right of hospitality" for Palestinians.

4. Wait until Israel finds it's own rules to limit immigration. May be the solution is close to your attempt with DNA.

5. Speak on a par with Israel.
