@MrFrankCalzone I honestly don't know much about his cooking, but I've from what I've heard he's got quite a reputation.

The things is... I agree and disagree with you.

I don't really enjoy eating with people who take a confrontational approach to cooking, because cooking should never separate itself from the fact that you're supposed to feed yourself and others.

On the other hand, I understand if he takes a respectful and devoted approach to cooking, if that's what he does.
