i know mor about lou, i know all the teams hes coached, i know why he suspended his three best players at arkansas before the national champonship against oklahoma, and i know everyone on this earth should respect lou holtz 100%

ive read his book, i know more about lou than anyone here. He doesnt want to come back. He retired because he felt he had done everything he needed to at notre dame. He retired and then came back to coach south carolina because he realized he wasnt tired of coaching, he was tired of not improving. After being ranked #1 at Notre Dame and should have been ranked #1 on 2 other occasions, he couldnt do any more. He retired from south carolina because his wife, beth, had throat cancer.

Unless folks have been there they truly dont understand Notre Dame, but once they have been to Notre Dame and visited it, then they know whether or not they are not Notre Dame fans they then Respect Notre Dame!!!!!!!!!!
