ok please tell me something, in one month or two, im getting two mini lop bunnies. can you tell what gender is the best to have? an what food it's the best for them
Good for you that looks like a nice well balanced diet your bunny has mabey a little fruit heavy but still verry good.
It dives me crazy when pepole think they can give them nothing but pellets and hay thats how you get fat sick rabbits. fresh greens and veggies should always be the main source of food. Hay is good for digestion but not verey high in vitamins and pellets are a good protien suplement but should never be the only food a bunny gets.
the smaller the rabbit the more active the rabbit... as far as there cage no they aren't much hassle but you have let them out to play a whole lot.... bigger rabbits are lazy, so they aren;t much work lol
What a cutie! If your rabbit is younger than 3-4 months, I wouldn't feed him/her too many veggies and fruits just yet. She may get sick. Stick with pellets and lots of hay.
Beautiful SOOTY! I give mine rabbit pellets. The fibre and protein is good for them. I find all of the rabbits I have had, liked different things. Some loved fruits while some just preferred the pellets.
Best things are carrots, celery, apple, orange, strawberries and lettuce (Not iceberg lettuce though as it has too much water content and is bad for their tummies). Sooty loves sultanas and vegemite on toast to. She is spoilt :) Hope this helps
Im getting a rabbit soon, but not this sort, an English spot. I reccomend getting a boy on its own. If you are getting two, two girls would be better. Since two boys get territoriel. one boy would make a great pet. I hope this helped! Subscribe to me and i'll write to you every week about rabbits
cutie!!!!!!!!!!!! im gttng a rabbit soon!! if anyone wants to give me advide that wud b welcom az it is my first rabbit!! but dnt worri im not completly clueless thu!!
Bunnies should not be fed lettuce. It is extremely hazardous to their digestive systems. Just wanted to warn you! If they are fed too much of it they will barely make it to 5 months old.
Great little bunster. You must be in the UK, in North America we call those bunnies Holland Lops. Mini Lops here are a different lop breed, and much bigger than Hollands.

Bunnies need lots of dark leafy greens - fruit should be given sparsely in comparison. My bunny loves Dill and basil also. Sooty is very very cute!

@kduckitt Actually oranges are no good for them. Anything acidic is no good for their digestive system.
