  • His skin is so chocolatey.

  • name of song ???

  • speechless

  • Incredible

  • @WorldMasterMind2011 hey man wats the name of tha song??

  • training exercises?????

  • @MsAgent10 Apparently u don't know the benefits of stretching? :) strecthing was believed in the past to reduce soreness after workouts - it's not - it does however increase the flexibility and the range of movement span of the muscle = less injuries and more power generated with the proper technique :)

  • @Suicidejmpr I'm wondering why he stretches pre-sprint. I've read studies that proved stretching reduces peak power by as much as 20-30 percent before an explosive activity. Maybe I need to do more research.

  • @bogdan135 yes but this is training, you have to be flexibe to be good, before events he will stretch the day before, not on the day

  • @Mr360windmill maybe its the same as weightlifting. I always find when i stretched and warmup before exerises like bench press i can squeeze out more reps than if i just went straight into it. maybe you have to stretch to get max perfomance out of your muscles. im sure he will of been advised to do so by top coaches

  • @goldmine1995 try not stretching on the day but stretching the night before and then see what you are capable of

  • @Mr360windmill i will try that:)

  • @Mr360windmill Yes you will be likely to injury yourself. 3-stretching is reserved for the end of the 2-exercise session which is reserved for the end of the 1-warm up session. 1-2-3

  • @cardosokilas well i find i get better results doing this, and i do post workout stretching too after a warm down

  • @bogdan135 My guess is the video just does not show the dynamic warmup that he performs in its entirety but simply just the beginning of it as you see him begin to jog lightly down the track. Static Stretching pre-workout has some benefit of restoring length of muscles to increase the synergy for agonists and antagonists. We need the whole workout and the explanation behind it before we go and change our understanding of stretching and its uses. Keep in the research!

  • @Suicidejmpr Increased flexibility is not a cause for reduced injuries necessarily, and being less flexible has its advantages as well. Tight muscles/tendons can increase the effectiveness of the Stretch Shortening Cycle and the Series Elastic Component. I am guessing this video skips his dynamic warmup because of the duration to perform it in its entirety. You can see he begins one as we jogs back and forth twice but the video skips to his block work. That is my thought.

  • What is the name of music ?

  • 11
