I agree but when Special generation came out, C-ute wasn't around but I think Berryz Koubou suite it better as they are in my opinion (So no one be mean to be about it) much stronger with Love songs *which is what this song is* while C-ute isn't.
It's not about what song they got, but if you notice the release date of "Special Generation," it was on March 30, 2005. C-ute's debute single was "Massara Blue Jeans," which was released one year after "Special Gen," on May 6, 2006. So it's more like what Tsunku comes up with at the time.

I'd agree with that. Berryz has stronger vocals anyways. That doesn't make them better or worse than C-ute, they're just two different groups. =)
