Don't listen to that garbage...those are hi-flow cats installed which don't hinder Hp. that much. Until a larger blower is installed, leave well enough alone so Johnny law won't be involved. My SS has the stock cats with Borla's and still smoke the shoes!
Besides the resonance inside the car will drive you nuts...No cats...full race application! Mileage gains my backside...it's a 500 who gives a flying rat fart about mileage?
Doesnt sound bad by any means. Though, you need to take the cats off altogether. Will sound amazing, and you may be suprised by the performance and mileage gains.
