Actually...she's not lip-syncing, although the lips are out of "sync." Lip-syncing is when you sing to pre-recorded vocals.

This video was taken with one camera (multiple angles) during multiple takes, during the recording session at the studio of Jim Scheffler. The sound you hear is the finished recording. I did not try to match the specific takes to the takes used in the finished recording, so it is out of sync at various moments.
