AS much as Ms Penelope Andrews understands that, it is a mistake to assume that "therapeutic jurisprudence" is more than a trendy catch-phrase, uhh. It sounds rather like a surgeon who delights in removing your organs/body parts whilst assiduously ensuring that he can meet his next monthly lease payment on his Mercedes Benz or yacht/holiday home. Those who benefit most R the corporate prison builders/managers.....
