The team is sharp! Commander: don't call cadence unless you *absolutely have to*. It's unnecessary. Watch the step style: some Drillers look as though they are stepping over something with each step. You want everything you do to be standardized for each member of the team and throughout the routine.

@DrillMasterTraining One more thing! ARM SWING is too much guidon. Guidon you are doing well in the position, though. Look at how the team marches at half step- different throughout! Work on the little things: angles, hand, arm and weapon placement, etc.
