This part is one of my favourate parts. It's so nice to see Elizabeth and Mr Darcy laugh for the first time. He's got such a friendly and sincere laugh. It's almost the only time you see him laugh in the movie, though. Which would be a shame if Mr Darcy's caracter were to be different. Love this movie. <33

Matthew MacFadyen is such a talented actor, shame he's not in many other movies, or at least not that I know of.

yes although when you look at how warm Darcy is to his sister (how they banter sweetly back and forward) Georgiana is left with no choice but to act along with him, sort of giving into his skills as an actor. And also Georgiana has been very eager to meet Elizabeth this whole time so I think she is playing up that part of Georgiana's character more.
