Consoles are more useful for people like me, cos we absolutly suck at pc gaming. I know this because I have played cod 5 on steam for about 20hours , yet I'm only lvl 10. Yet I got to prestige 2 on the xbox
I admit, that the Live & PS3 was a big step in gaming consoles.. but they should've let PC do that. I fucking hate all the new games that come out for PS3, Xbox. Nintendo 64, & the PS2, we're the peaks of gaming. I mean come on, Ocarina 3D? Really? Why couldn't we just've kept the PS2 & N64 alive instead of selling new shit. don't know what this is about, but all tps games nowadays are designed as fps games because of pads. You must get cover, zoom and and you can spend minutes in the same cover. There are no more tps games like the first max payne or gunz, everything now is so much slower paced it's annoying. Only online games like metal rage or gunz can give you some action rather than just explosions. What the hell, things such covers and slowmo are put into a game because you can't do shit with a pad.
@accountnumuno theres also no more tps like the older MGSs, Syphon filter, or even RE4. All of them have the exact same gameplay. Why people think its a "sin" to not be able to move and shoot is beyond me

First an ATIHD 5970 and i7 970 cost 1400$ for less than this i can have both of the consoles. Console don’t suck because they run game with graphical capacity of a 1000$ computer for 300$ I think it's a good deal. last thing Crysis is fully adapted to computer tech so you don't need a Pc of 2000$ to run it.
For information Crysis 2 will be on console and Pc but Cry engine 3 is only for PS3 and Xbox 360 so Crysis 2 is going to have better graph on Console.
The fault is from the companies that prefer to do games adapted for consoles and little stupid ports for PC. Just like Infinity Ward: Modern Warfare 2 (no dedicated servers).
If the industry focus seriously in PC developing, we will have 10 times more spectacular games than now.

All the new console games have so many glitches. You cant download a patch to it or any mods or anything. Thats why the whole system of consoles sucks.
OMFG you PC nerds are techno obsessed! Only nerds know how to click a start button, move a mouse, find the any key, turn the computer on, move that funny looking arrow thing, plug the power cord into an outlet, use Notepad, use MSPaint, get a high school diploma, ride a bike, etc. I prefer the simplicity of Xbox 360. Just turn it on, look at the red ring, call Microsoft, stay on hold for an hour, ship it to Microsoft, wait a month or two, and repeat. Very simple.
And yes PC is the best, why? PC games are good and if I want to play some consoles games then no problem - emulator, iso games or roms for some older ones and here you go... and yes joypad is no problem too. Is even possible to plug original PS2 DualShock2 joypad with this plug USB/PS2 but for now can emulate max to ps2 and not all PC but PSX and older are possible. Consoles for now are not able to emulate PC games... but PC can emulate them. Personaly I don't like these new consoles :/
The best new console I think is Nintendo Wii because this console have many new features, not just stupid joypad... I was taping when I had NES and Playstation, why should I tap these buttons again and again in newer console... i want something new. This taping buttons is on joypad is just old and not fun anymore...

TY, I am kinda pissed off at nostalgiafags that think pong is 10x better than Cod 4, right? I am so glad my dad who was around during that age doesn't have nostalgia glasses on and realizes video gaming has IMPROVED along with every other industry in the world. We have cars now, not fucking coaches becaue over time, we improve at technology.

The beautiful graphic are also extremely ugly and almost always gay.

well thats worth it becouse it has some of the stuff that the PC has (like hard drive graphics procesor hdmi support strong CPU&GPU strong sheald for the controler) oh almost for got the ps3 is very powerful then a pc coz sony dosnt whant to give us the the chance to emulate ps3 on the pc thats why its very expensive

Consoles suck......especially the wii (it has like 4 good games???) The only consoles that I have liked in the past have been the N64 and the PS2.....the rest SUCK!

@Mikey234432 The problem is the majority of games that come on PC, that you can see from a mile away are made for consoles, starting with the menu. It's so retarded when I have a mouse and I have to sit there and press keys like P, A an E to scroll through a stupid menu. It's so counter-intuitive. I hate this generation of gaming, I miss the 90's so much when all the great games were on PC.

I agree with him, the old console games were actually good, but SPECIALLY after the release of xbox 360 and PS 3 I can't find a f* decent game. Bioshock suck, GTA IV suck, Assassin's Creed Suck, Prototype suck, PURE suck... wtf I played everything and I can't find something good.

Only nerds know how to click a start button, move a mouse, find the any key, turn the computer on, move that funny looking arrow thing, plug the power cord into an outlet, use Notepad, use MSPaint, get a high school diploma, ride a bike, etc. I prefer the simplicity of Xbox 360. Just turn it on, look at the red ring, call Microsoft, stay on hold for an hour, ship it to Microsoft, wait a month or two, and repeat. Very simple.

And yes PC is the best, why? PC games are good and if I want to play some consoles games then no problem - emulator, iso games or roms for some older ones and here you go... and yes joypad is no problem too. Is even possible to plug original PS2 DualShock2 joypad with this plug USB/PS2 but for now can emulate max to ps2 and not all PC but PSX and older are possible. Consoles for now are not able to emulate PC games... but PC can emulate them. Personaly I don't like these new consoles :/

The best new console I think is Nintendo Wii because this console have many new features, not just stupid joypad... I was taping when I had NES and Playstation, why should I tap these buttons again and again in newer console... i want something new. This taping buttons is on joypad is just old and not fun anymore...
