@othaka666 I understand that each person has a right to their own taste in music, and the song may very well be popular with a lot of people, but it completely massacres the meaning and depth of a very amusing and dark song learned around a campfire. Any 14 year old with little to no intelligence and five minutes could have written the hot mess that is that cover. Please do not desecrate a song with shameless promotion (not an opinion) of crappy (my opinion!) bands.

This song is incredibly racist. It was written by a guy made famous for writting "coon" songs. That is a song written between 1889 and 1920, racially stereo typing african Americans, Now what is an old but common friendly term amongst African-Americans? Cats anybody? So yeah, just my 2 cents but song has damn racist origins
