I love this rendition of this song!!!
He was one of the great male vocalist in that era and still remain as gospel history. That sanctified double clap cracks me up in the background.

That "Sanctified Double Clap" is how I was raised to clap down south...that would take us in when everybody would be doing it! Good God from Zion! When I came up to Ohio, these people don't know nothing about clapping! LOL

Oh yeah here in Toledo we do,that double clap is famous here. I remember when every choir was clappin like that on every up tempo song. Shoot get that clap goin and then have two people with a tamborine.Man talking about some churchin My Gawd!!!
