@shsu97 I've not been off of low-carb for over six years. But I got a little sloppy maybe allowing a few more products to enter than I needed. My trigger is anything "sweet" to the tongue despite having zero calories. It stoked my cravings, but now they're gone.
Wow- i wanna try that. I've been doing Atkins since mid February and its coming off slowly- which is ok but I've done Atkins in the past and it seems like I lost faster. How are you feeling? did you get constipated?
@mrsrichardson823 I feel GREAT and everything is "flowing" just fine. This really put my focus back on the real, whole foods that quite frankly had been lacking in my own diet. Back on track now and looking forward to what's gonna happen next.
Jimmy you ready for the KFC Double Down? Do a video of that...looks good but lots of people are trashing it. I have to admit the sodium is sky high. What you guys think? Rebecca:)

I'm happy for you and your success! It's tempting to follow in your footsteps on this but I have an allergy to eggs- or at least I used to and eating only eggs is probably not a good idea for me. But, I am following in your low-carb footsteps- thanks for everything you do! Jade from Mexico- Besos!
