@KennyEverything he only does that for a couple songs like hero and monster. That's so that he can move around and interact with the audience. For the rest of the songs though, he plays bass AMD sings at the same time. It's actually pretty hard but he's AWESOME........

@KennyEverything your right they should give the dude playing the bass more credit for playing the bass during Those Nights Monster Hero and when I saw them at heavenfest he played during Yours to Hold also

@KennyEverything It's because when he is singing he doesn't get side tracked with playing. In video's they cover up all the noise they make and play the real thing but while recording they play each instrument at different times to get a perfect sound. Hope that helps!!

@KennyEverything He actually plays alot, I think it just depends on what mood he's in. I've seen a lot of live versions of this where he plays, and when I saw them live, there were only 2 songs that he didn't play.

@jdogdisturbed1996 Yeah, he's sort of like Adam Gontier. Adam plays guitar on all the songs on the albums, but he only plays on stage during select songs, because he likes the freedom of movement and being able to connect with the crowd better.

dont get me wrong when Im saying this skillet is my favorite band but I just always noticed that skillets songs they usually repeat the verses also its intresting watching John coopers fashion style change i mean i know times are different but if you play rock I would expect the all black wearing skillet like in Comatose he is jus dressin more street now than hard core again lik i said they rock theyre my favorite band but their evolution since the 90s has been intresting
