Actually, I can think of at LEAST 5, maybe even 10 themes other than Wily that people can make:

Shadow Man, Air Man, Crash Man, Star Man, Gyro Man, Junk Man, Tomahawk Man, Tengu Man (PSX AND Saturn versions), Astro Man, and Metal Man.

Actually, that's 11 right there. And that was pretty much off the top of my head. Thumbs up if you agree with me.

To be a little more clear, the Wily theme I'm referring to is Wily 1 from MM2. It's good, but I mean, Megaman wasn't called ROCKMAN for nothing. There ARE OTHER Wily themes people can do (yours included) like:

W. Stage 2 from MM9 [I'm still waiting, people. >:(... ]

Google dvdvideosoft youtube downloader, follow instructions to download this video, import the video as clips into windows movie maker, drag the video clips and drop them into the audio zone only and hit "save movie file...". It will save it as a .wma, which you can either make really high quality or convert to an .mp3 yourself. Unfortunately you are going to get all the guitar hero sounds and stuff, but it's the best I can offer.

When it comes to making songs, I think it's only local, and you can't make vocal parts for songs. The only thing online about the studio is that you can upload songs you make onto GHTunes so other people can download it to play but not edit (as long as the song isn't a cover of an already existing song).

I agree with you that adding vocal parts in custom songs would be pretty awesome, but it's probably never gonna happen. From what I heard, the reason why Activision and Red Octane didn't add vocals to the Music Studio was because of copyright, since people would obviously make covers of their favorite songs. Not that people already do that, but adding vocals would further add to that, so probably any chance of vocals in custom songs can be thrown out the window.

Who knows? As for custom songs, this one was made months ago, and for now, I'm only focusing on high scores, but if I decide to make more custom songs, I might just do that. Maybe a MM2 Dr. Wily Stage 1 & 2 custom first, but I might do that one too. Thanks for the idea :)

I doubt it, because I doubt Rock Band will have a studio mode. If they WERE to have a studio mode though, you would be able to put text where there should be vocals, but probably wouldn't be able to share the songs with those "Vocals" (Because of inappropriate words)

Yeah. The right side in the first half of the video is the bass part. World Tour added an open string note to the bass, where you strum without pressing any of the fret buttons, and it's displayed with a purple line across the fret board (the same purple line you see when using the bass pedal when playing drums). The second half of the video shows the drums part.

No, you can't upload music into the game and make note charts for those because of copyright issues. You use the Music Studio in the game, where you make everything, from the music itself to the note charts for each part. That's how I made this song.

If you read the description, you would've known that the bass is the right side of the split-screen part of the video, and the drums was after that part. But, I should've mentioned that in World Tour, they added open-string notes for the bass that are shown as the same purple line that you see when you have the push the bass pedal for the drums. All you have to do is strum without holding any of the fret buttons.

You can play custom songs on drums. I edited the drums chart with the guitar though because you can use the guitar to edit any part in the song (lead, rythym, bass, drums, keyboard). I'm not sure if you can do the same thing with the actual drums too. Also, I do show the drums part in this video. It's the second half of the video after the split-screen part. I show it in the GHMixer because I'm not very good on the drums.
