We are not powerlifting-- the technique we use involves pulling the weight as high as we can and then dropping under the bar. There is more risk of injury in a sport such as football or basketball then in weightlifting.

some of those boys were like 12 and were struggling with 65 pounds......thats really bad lol, but the REALLY young kids are awesome!

@rasheedmendenhal Actually they are 15 KG bars, so about 33 lbs. And the weights range from 5KG to 10 KG each.
