We don't use bluetooth. We do use GSM. You can use whatever you like at the 'remote" end to record.

Where is the mic? Located on a separate device (2.36L x 1.5W x 0.7H inches or 60(L) X 40(W) X 20 (H)mm) that you wear. how clear is it? Very. can you whisper (I don't pretend to know how loud or quiet each and every persons whisper is. and will it still pick up your words? It's a professional grade solution that you can rent if you're not sure if it's right for you.
