Hi, Rtn. Jerry! Your video is one of the earliest recordings which captured sights on what really happened in our town of Kalibo in the aftermath of the devastation brought about by Typhoon Frank. Thanks a lot, and great thanks to the Rotary Club of Roxas and the Roxas City Fire Department --- you were also one of the earliest outside help that our citizens received! May your tribes increase! PP Raphy Tayco (RC Kalibo)
I can never imagine the situation of my family when the typhoon drowned my town. I cried a lot when I finally got news from my mother after 5 days since it hit the town. Most of our belongings were gone and our house was badly ruined. Currently my parents and my brothers are living with a neighbor. They desperately needed help out there. And I just cant do it alone. Im calling to all people if anybody could send any relief goods for the people of Aklan will be much appreciated. God bless us.
As you may or may not know. Power is back on in some areas but others remain without. Power of course isn't the important thing. Getting ones life back in order is always the hardest. Yes people lost everything and most can never be replaced.
Jerry, its great what you are doing for your island, and all the others. I was in the huge flood of 93 in St Louis, and these scenes of the mud are very familiar, though Im sure we got it all cleaned up much quicker than it will go there. Good luck with all, and you are doing great work!
I would like to request that you Youtubers send this video to your friends and all others so the world can see the destruction from Typhoon Frank and the utter need of help for relief. Thank you and God Bless
