I read the autopsy report, it is online. He had very low levels of drugs in his system but they weren't the kind you abuse and they didn't contributed to his death Says the Pathologist. It sucked how they said he OD'd. HE was SOBER when he died!

Other drugs included a prescribed antidepressant and antianxiety drugs that he took regularly. NO non prescribed drugs. As far as "for a guy who didn't have a lot of money his tombstone sure was nice" They said that people got together to pay for his services and funeral. It was all paid for by donations. I'm sure Corey Feldmen paid quite a bit.

When i see this its so sad!! Ive been a big fan of his since i was a kid i watched him grow up whilst i was..still can't get my head around it!! Seeing it on a gravestone makes it more real,its kinda like a nightmare to read his name on it feels so wrong!!!...thanks for putting this on at least I can see his final resting place......Rip Corey.

As far as "for a guy who didn't have a lot of money his tombstone sure was nice" They said that people got together to pay for his services and funeral. It was all paid for by donations. I'm sure Corey Feldmen paid quite a bit.

@morguecheibs ....no that's not what it means. Both Corey's have said several times over the years that 222 is a secret that only they know what it means. Haim had a tattoo of it for years and Feldman got a tattoo of it the day of Haim's funeral as a tribute to him.
The grave site is a beautiful tribute to Corey, he will be missed.... RIP Corey.
