We have bred Bull Terriers and have owned american and english staffy. In every breed you get dumb dogs but I think you are being way too general to say that all Bullies are dumb. My bully dog was almost human and smarter than any other breed. I have come across many a dumb staffy but I wouldn't say they are all that way.

English bullterriers are one of the most un intelligent dogs i have ever come accross. Staffordshire bullterriers are much better and much more intelligent!!!

I was brought up in the country. I have had an association with animals for a long time now. Also my sister is a Vet & Ive learnt a lot from her aswell. I havent heard of all sports & I have plenty of goldie looking chains.

Listen....I dont give a hoot what u think of my comment. Ive been around dogs all my life & ive come to learn which dogs r smart & which ones are dumb!

A mate of mine had a English bullterrier & it bit his 4month old babies head. He would throw the ball & the dog would retrieve it 4him. Then he thew the ball a bit to close to his baby which was in the basinet by accident. And guess what..the stupid bloody english bully had mistaken the babies head for the ball. Thats how smart they are....

.....thankfully his kid is ok. And its not just that incident. ive owned an english bully b4..And I know for myself how stupid they are. Ive owned a german shepherd, a rhodesian ridgeback..and now I have a beautifull staffy!

Ive taken all of them to obedience school..And Im telling You..english bullteriers are DUMB. I would give the shepherd & ridgeback I owned 9 out of 10 for intelligence just that the ridgeback a little stubborn. mi saffy about 6 1/2 outa 10

& the english bully 3 1/2 out 10.

Beautiful!! i have a bulterrier, it was a gift actually! shes lovely but she bites everything! even her toys she destroys all of them! i gave her two tires, two bones, a ball, *destroyed* she doesnt get along with my two other dogs (a french poodle, golden retriever) although shes only 9 months i´d like to know if shes going to behave! love her! -_O
