This ep is OK, but I like " The Halloween Door " much better, which introduced us to Sam Hain, the Spirit of All Hallow's Eve; and you'd think Slimer would've remembered the 2 Goblins from before, which released Sam Hain in the first place, LOL :)

Samhain is the coolest villain ever in this show! They should make a third movie with him. I agree with Efferts... bring this back!

Janine and Peter have horrible voices in this season, but the animation was much better.

I agree with the Samhain thing. He'd make an awesome villain if done right. I also remember how Peter and Janine's voice actors changed. Since Lorenzo Music went on to do other work including Garfield and friends instead of staying to be Peter. He was as close to Bill Murray's Peter as you could get.

This show had a lot of fun characters, but Sam Hain was definitely one of a kind. A friend of mine-who is a ghostbusters fanatic-believes that if there had been a third season of Extreme Ghostbusters, Sam Hain would def have put in an appearance.

To bad that this one was writen after JMS left, as he wrote some the best episodes ever for RGB. Still compared to the later seasons this one pretty good.

FYI The writers of this episode also went onto write for the Real Ghostbusters comic book series from NOW comics.

But now he has an to prove it he appeared in his old ghostbuster suit, proton pack and all. ^_^ No lie. And listen the David Letterman interview with Murray. The whole thing, for trust me. It's worth it.

Thanks so much for posting these - it's my favorite cartoon. If you like ghost-related fiction as well as cartoons, I suggest googling William Hope Hodgson - he wrote stories about the "original" Ghostbuster, Carnacki the Ghost-Finder, in the early 1900's. Surprisingly enough, many of his ideas about ghosts found their way into the RGB cartoons (such as ghosts "infecting" normal matter). His story "The Hog" is particularly recommended. Cheers!

Yes for season3 there seemed to be alot of rematches more than usual with the Boogieman and Sanhaine there was a Staypuff visit and a rematch with the Phantom or Red Barron there was a rematch one of the Ghostbusters old human enemies from the movie the episode was big trouble with little Slimer
