SNSD have achieved alot but I don't think they're the' best girl group in korean pop history.' They're certainly not the most talented and debuted since 2007, so they are pretty retro considering how fast the industry evolves. Groups like 2ne1 achieved alot as well and they debuted in 2009 and are planning to debut in the US (the biggest music industry in the world). Miss A debuted in 2010 and are considered the best dance group at this moment. SNSD is outdated imo.

When Jia started the dance right after her rap...OMG. It has got to be one of the most magical things I've seen. There's definitely good dancers and great dancers in KPOP, but Jia dances like her body is folding; it was just amazing.
And Sohee's singing has sure improved! I used to hate it but she's gotten pretty awesome.

this perf were really clean, smooth and the girls sounded better in singing. the other one was good too. but they were dancing in heels so its kinda hard for them to dance.. i personally think that this cover of heartbeat is better than the other girls did. but NO ONE can beat the two sexay fierce rapper Jia & Yoobin in this! they were EXTREMELY on fireeee XD
Chansung, you really need to practice, Jia just rapped your part better than you.
This song woulda been better in a higher vocal range like the 4Minute-AS-Kara group did, it would've been much better and easier for the girls to sing and it would've sounded better too. You can tell Fei and Sun had trouble singing that low.

Vocally, I liked the 4Minute/Kara/After School version better cause it was in a better octave (because they're girls) and it just sounded more appropriate for their voices. They would've never did that here though cause 2PM was joining and they didn't actually record a real cover. Still GREAT in the regular octave!
But everywhere else, like performance and dancing etc.. this is WAY better. Jia and Yoobin look like they loved doing something more suited to them!

Yes, from a business prospective, it's always important to be the company with the most popular group, but should that REALLY matter as fans?

this perf were really clean, smooth and the girls sounded better in singing. the other one was good too. but they were dancing in heels so its kinda hard for them to dance.. i personally think that this cover of heartbeat is better than the other girls did. but NO ONE can beat the two sexay fierce rapper Jia & Yoobin in this! they were EXTREMELY on fireeee XD

Chansung, you really need to practice, Jia just rapped your part better than you.
This song woulda been better in a higher vocal range like the 4Minute-AS-Kara group did, it would've been much better and easier for the girls to sing and it would've sounded better too. You can tell Fei and Sun had trouble singing that low.

Vocally, I liked the 4Minute/Kara/After School version better cause it was in a better octave (because they're girls) and it just sounded more appropriate for their voices. They would've never did that here though cause 2PM was joining and they didn't actually record a real cover. Still GREAT in the regular octave!
But everywhere else, like performance and dancing etc.. this is WAY better. Jia and Yoobin look like they loved doing something more suited to them!
