heres one idea, spend hours doing one thing, i suggest an eye, make it realistic and not anime-like. it helps me so much becuase its one of the hardest things to draw and make it convincingly real. keep drawing the eyes, then shade. shading doesnt only suggest shadow, it shows depth. my favorites the dragon ones, btw! :D very amazing.
