I am sorry javaballs, but your armylist is complete nonesense. Tacticals are too expansive, the storm marines are way better. A single baaal pred doesn't win a price either. Your death company is also too expansive to use them, especialy the way you did. Since you face a very fast moving army he could have outmonuvered you easily, because of your moving rule. Dreadnoughts are way too slow on this big table and against eldar to let them walk. Give them a droppod to bring them into your enemy..

@Killerz258 Id go space marines, playing marines myself i can tell you they are not teribly hard to paint and are relitively easy to play. check out jawa's vid on 500 pts of blood angels if your in to them.eldar is also good but hard to paint and harder to play. id get marines tho mostly due to black reach and you get orks with that aswell

I went with the Ultramarines codex, which is gonna end up with me having to throw out another 30 bucks in a couple of months..

This one time, when I was playing Warhammer 40,000 with my buddy (I was Space Marines and my buddy was Necrons) we decided to make our own rule in the game. Each game you have to get dice equal to all your men. You have to roll a 2 or better for your men not to commit suicide XD I lost 8 men, he only lost 3 cause of the "We will be back" rule for the necrons. That rule gets annoying...

My Observation: Frit's Saimhann army is a winning setup but, Jawaballs Has found a Setup to kill the Saimhann as they sit. So Jawa will kill Frit's Saimhann everytime till he finds a new tactic/setup to kill the BA's. Thats why im thinking Frits has been Moving on to Necrons and Tyranids and mybe he will find a setup to kill thos damn Blood Angels of Jawaballs soon and why we havent seen a Full Battle of Jawaball's BAs vs Frit's Saimhann. I think you have the rule for the chapter banner confused. Dante can't take it, a standard bearer marine can take the chapter banner instead of a company banner. It gives +1 attacks only to the unit the standard is in, which can not be the death company since they don't carry a standard obviously. (It can only be an honour guard squad that gets the +1 attacks)

no, you only get up to a maximum of 4 heavy weapons even in a ten man devestator squad.

Not sure if they changed the rules over time, but I've always split my devestator squads into 4 heavy weapons and one normal marine, and then the sergeant and 4 other marines in the other combat squad. I found it more tactical that way, but it could be that you arent allowed to do that anymore (we still play 2nd edition rules where im from because they are the most fun)

yup...but at 10 you can split them into 5 man tact squad...belonging to their mother squad of 10. Thus...all 10, in certain scenarios and campaigns MUST kill all 10 to get the kill point, its clever.

blood angels rule! and in true blood angels fashon, complete melee rush at the start, if you suceed there, then you have won the battle but if you faulter, its hard for them to come back! i have a complete 2 sets of 10 squads of assault marines, Dante with honor guard and depending what im playing, i can have up to about 14 death compant with jump packs! and assault terms! melee is what my army was born to do, wish i had enough points for a furioso tho, but i dont want to loose my baal
